TELUS (Toronto Eaton Centre)

We worked with Lightbrigade to illuminate the TELUS store at the Toronto Eaton Centre.

The store is one of two new TELUS Connected Experience concept stores in Canada and acts as a playground for customers to touch, test and experience over 1,000 specially curated products. Some of the features of the TELUS Connected Experience store include tech gadgets and toys, an interactive sound bar, Health Tech Trainers and wireless charging stations.

A selection of fixtures from Amerlux and Axis Lighting were used throughout the TELUS Eaton Centre store. Lit entirely with LED fixtures, the majority of the store is illuminated with the Cylindrix III Mini (vertical track accent) and Evoke (round trimless downlight) fixtures from Amerlux. The placement of the Amerlux Rook 475 Pendant (cylindrical downlights) creatively showcases the store’s standing circular displays.

To further draw customer interest to important areas of the store, Sketch by Axis was chosen for its degree of design freedom. Recognized in the 2013 Next Generation Luminaires Design Competition, Sketch is the first recessed, linear LED architectural luminaire that can be combined into almost any configuration, allowing for fresh and interesting lighting.
